Lobster paella

The paella for big occasions, or for the ones you make up. The lobster, the kind with big claws, cooks with prawns, cuttlefish and the sofrito we make here, and reaches the table in the pan it was cooked in. We also make it soupy, caldosa, if you prefer it with its broth. Fifteen to twenty minutes, about as long as a few tapas.
