Waldorf

A salad born in a grand New York hotel, the Waldorf-Astoria, at the end of the nineteenth century. Apple, celery, grapes and candied walnuts for crunch and sweetness, all brought together by a Greek yoghurt dressing, lighter than the original’s mayonnaise.
